香港も、夏の蒸し暑さがなくなり、ホントに過ごしやすい気候になってきましたね。そろそろお洋服の着こなしが楽しくなってくる時期です。
今回の、紅 Hong 홍 の "今日はなに飲む？"は, フランス・ボルドー・サンジュリアン村のシャトー、グリュオ・ラローズの弟分、SARGET de GRUAUD LAROSEです。 兄貴分のGRUAUD LAROSEは、健康的で重量のあるフルボディ。かつてフランス王室の御用達ワインだったそうで「王のワイン、ワインの王」とも評されていたそうです。 写真のSARGET de GRUAUD LAROSEは、そのグランバンのセカンドワインですから、弟分ですね。ボルドーの上位クラスのシャトーだけあり、ぶどう種をブレンドも絶妙で、全体的にはマイルドですが、テイストをしっかり残してくれる、とても印象に残るワインです。
以前にご紹介しているワインもそうなんですが、Hongのお店のワインは、レディースがセレクトしているので、飲みやすいテイストのワインが集められていますよ。
